火电厂热控系统防雷与抗干扰技术研究及应用

摘    要:在归类统计大量火电厂控制系统故障案例的基础上,系统地分析了雷电、接地、电场、磁场等引起的热控系统故障原因,针对使用常规方法而无法有效地解决的干扰问题,提出了采用抗干扰防护器和非电磁测量传感器实现热控系统抗干扰方案,并成功研发了系统软硬件设备。现场应用表明,该系统能够有效地实现干扰信号的抑制,可为今后从事这方面课题研究与应用的专业人员鉴用。

Abstract:In this paper, based on the statistical analysis on thermal power plant control system failure cases, the reasons that caused the control system failures due to lightning, grounding, electric and magnetic fields, etc. is analyzed. To deal with the interference problems which cannot be solved effectively by conventional methods, the thermal control system anti-interference program is proposed by using anti-interference protector and non-magnetic measuring sensor. Its software and hardware equipment are also developed successfully. The field application shows that the system can suppress the interference signals effectively. Therefore, the program can be referenced for future’s researches and applications in this field.
