摘    要:采用400 mm特厚连铸板坯生产厚规格管线用钢具有压缩比大的优点,能够有效细化晶粒尺寸,改善钢板韧性。为保证厚规格管线用钢板的低温韧性,以及充分发挥400 mm特厚连铸板坯的优势,论述了保证其芯部质量及加热温度均匀性的必要性和措施,同时重点研究了再结晶区轧制温度、变形量及奥氏体晶粒尺寸的变化规律,在生产实践中应用效果良好。

Abstract:There is advantage of large compression ratio of using 400 mm ultra- thickness continuous casting slab producing heavy gauge pipeline steel plate. It can refine the grain size effectively and improve plate toughness. In order to ensure the low temperature toughness of heavy gauge pipeline steel plate and fully apply the advantage of 400 mm slab, the necessary and measures to ensure the center quality of 400 mm slab and the heating temperature uniformity were described. The relationship of temperature, deformation amount and austenitic grain size of recrystallization zone rolling was researched too. The result has good application effect in the production practice.
