摘    要:纳米级TiO_2广泛应用于脱硝催化剂生产领域,堆积密度指标常被忽视,在生产中出现混料不均、下料不畅和堵塞设备等现象。通过对设备、工艺指标和原料等分析,最终确定引起此问题的原因为原料纳米级TiO_2堆积密度的变化。针对设备具体情况将纳米级TiO_2堆积密度指标控制在合适范围,通过调整设备参数等方法,较好地解决生产堵塞问题。

Abstract:Nano-titanium dioxide is widely used in the field of denitrification catalyst production.Bulk density indexs are often ignored.During the production,there existed the phenomena of uneven mixing raw materials,material discharge blocking and blocking equipment,etc.By analyzing the equipment,process index and raw materials,the reason for these problems determined was the change of bulk density of the raw material nano-titanium dioxide.According to the specific situation of the equipment,the problems of production could be solved well by controlling the bulk density of nano-titanium dioxide in the appropriate range and adjusting the parameters of the equipment,etc.
