摘    要:通过对传统齿形误差测量方法误差来源多、测头安装调整误差大等缺点进行分析 ,提出一种在 19JC万能工具显微镜上利用成像法实现渐开线圆柱直齿轮齿形误差测量的新方法。该测量方法测量行程短 ,理论上可实现测头直径为零 ,测量过程与误差处理过程中人工干预少 ,测量精度高

Abstract:Based on analyzing the disadvantages of the traditional tooth form error measuring methods, such as more sources of measuring error and larger tip's setting error, a new method for measuring the error of the involute spur tooth form in the 19JC universal tool makers microscope is put forward. The method has more advantages, for example, its measuring route is short, its diameter of tip is zero in terms of theory, artificial interpose in the measuring process and error analyzing is less and its measuring precision is higher.
