mLLDPE结构及流变性能研究

摘    要:利用红外光谱(IR)及热重法(TG)分析茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯(mLLDPE)和线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)的组成及结构之间的差异;并利用旋转型流变仪测试在不同温度下二者的流变性能,结果表明mLLDPE与LLDPE具有不同的几何构型,mLLDPE的热稳定性要好于LLDPE,且mLLDPE所残留的灰分极少,纯度极高;mLLDPE的表观粘度受剪切速率的影响较小。

Abstract:Infrared ray testing and thermal gravity technique were used to analyze the structure of mLLDPE and LLDPE,And circumrotating rheometer was used to test rheological behavior in a series of temperatrue.The results show that mLLDPE has different geometry shape compared with LLDPE,and has the better thermal stability and higher purity than LLDPE.the apparact viscosity of mLLDPE does not change obviously under the effect of shear rate.
