曲轴系多柔体动力学与动力润滑耦合仿真分析

摘    要:使用LMS Virtual.lab软件建立曲轴系的多体系统动力学仿真模型,对曲轴系进行刚柔耦合多体动力学仿真,得到周期内曲轴系的动态载荷,为研究主轴承液体动力润滑提供边界条件;联合主轴承油膜润滑模型和多体动力学模型进行耦合仿真,得到最小油膜厚度和最大油膜压力曲线及主轴承工作周期内的油膜最大节点压力的变化规律.结果表明:在第三缸点火后,油膜节点压力急剧增大,油膜节点最大压力区呈现出从轴瓦中心向轴瓦边缘偏移的特性.

Abstract:A multi flexible body system dynamics simulation model of crank system was established based on LMS Virtual.lab.As the boundary conditions for researching hydrodynamic lubrication of the main bearing,the dynamic loads of the crankshaft system in a cycle were obtained by making a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic simulation.By coupling simulating of the multi-body dynamics and hydrodynamic lubrication,the diagrams of the minimum thickness of oil film and the maximum pressure of the oil film were obtained,and the trend of node pressure of oil film on working cycle was found.The results show that the maximum pressure region of oil film node has a moving from center to edge and the pressure of oil film node increases quickly after igniting on the third cylinder.
