《金山区电力黄线规划》的实践与启示

新世纪,上海郊区进入推进城乡一体化、实现郊区城市化的阶段。为满足金山区域电力发展需求,根据《金山区区域总体规划实施方案》和金山新城、各乡镇、工业区总体规划及区域道路规划红线等相关专项规划编制完成的《金山区电力黄线规划》已经批准。作为城乡基础设施的重要专项规划之一,在规划建设实施过程中,电力黄线规划效果显著,对金山区的电力基础设施的发展起到了引领作用。

In the new century,Shanghai suburbs have go into the stage of promoting urban-rural integration and achieving urbanization.According to ＂Jinshan Regional Master Plan Implementation Plan＂ and the overall planning of the Metro,the towns,industrial areas,and the related special planning such as the red line planning of the regional road,＂Jinshan Power Yellow Line Planning＂ has been authorized in order to meet the development needs of Jinshan regional power.As one of the important special plan of urban and rural infrastructure,the power yellow line planning has effect on the Jinshan＇s electricity infrastructure during the implementation process of the planning and construction,and it has played a leading role in the development.
