摊铺机作业速度的复合控制研究

摘    要:研究了摊铺机作业速度恒速控制。对驱动变量泵-马达系统的容积效率、机械效率以及作业速度和系统压力之间的关系进行了分析,提出了利用闭环控制调节液压泵的输出流量和控制电磁比例阀调整压力两种控制的复合控制方法,将模糊自整定PID控制策略引入行驶控制系统中。通过仿真与实验,证实了该方法的合理性。

Abstract:The constant - velocity control of the asphalt paver was studied. The relationship of the volumetric efficiency and mechanical efficiency of the variable displacement pump and motor, and the traveling velocity and pressure was analyzed. The compound control method using microcomputer closed loop control to adjust hydraulic pump output and to control the adjusting pressure of proportion valves was put forward. Fuzzy - adjustable - pid control was integrated into the controller. The rationality of the compound control was proved by the simulation and test.
