一次电镀装饰铬故障的排除

摘    要:对一次由镀镍除锌剂引起的电镀装饰铬故障进行了分析,并提出了处理方法。在镀铜、镍和装饰铬的过程中,镀镍槽中过量的除锌剂及其分解产物会引起镀铬层发雾。向镀镍液中加30%的双氧水0.3 mL/L,并加0.5 g/L活性炭吸附,可以消除它们的不良影响。后用电解法去除镀镍溶液中的锌杂质。用该方法处理后,排除了故障。
