| 摘 要： | F－P干涉（简称FPI）对工程上超低频微弱振动信号的测试，具有较好的效果，本文提出了一种干涉仪F－P加速度计，设置了参考通道，采用单通道信号处理，理论分析和实验结果表明，它具有较高的测量精度和工作稳静性。

| Abstract: | F P interferometer (FPI) is effect to examine the ultra low frequency. In this paper, an F P with a reference path is introduced, and the measurement signal is processed with a single path. The analysis and the experimental results demonstrate that it has better precision and working stability. |
