一维碲纳米棒的溶剂热合成

摘    要:用一缩二乙二醇作为溶剂,以碲粉为原料,通过溶剂热反应合成了一维碲纳米晶体,讨论了温度对碲纳米晶体形貌的影响。结果发现,在160℃的温度下,产物大小均匀,高长径比的一维碲纳米棒的产量最高。

Abstract:A self-seeding approach to synthesize the large-scale one-dimensional(1D) nanorod of tellurium(Te) is described in this article.Te powder could directly be transferred into 1D nanorod of Te through a solvothermal process in KOH/diethylene glycol medium without any surfactant.The influence of temperature on the synthesis of single-crystal 1D nanorod of Te is studied,which indicates that the best temperature is 160 ℃.
