摘    要:为满足燃料电池汽车道路考核试验远程数据传输的要求,开发了基于GPRS通讯网络的远程数据监控系统,采用嵌入式PC和GPRS调制解调器设计了系统硬件,采用虚拟仪器开发平台开发了车载单元软件和监控中心软件,车载数据采集单元能够实时采集GPS模块和整车CAN网络数据,并通过GPRS模块将汽车运行的关键参数发送到监控中心,实现了燃料电池汽车道路试验的数据采集和远程监控,实际应用情况表明系统工作可靠。

Abstract:To meet the requirements of remote data transfers for fuel cell vehicle road test, remote monitoring system was developed based on GPRS communication network. Hardware was designed with embedded PC and GPRS modem, software was designed with virtual instrument development work bench for on--board unit and monitoring center. Data was acquired from GPS module and vehicle CAN network and key operating parameters were sent to monitoring center through GPRS module. Function of fuel cell vehicle road test data acquisition and remote monitoring was realized. Test in practice shows the system works well.
