铋和锡作为铅蓄电池正极添加剂的研究

摘    要:研究了Bi2O3和SnO对铅蓄电池正极活性物质的影响,结果发现Bi2O3和SnO的复合物比分别加入它们更能提高电池正极活性物质的利用率,利用SEM和X射线衍射研究认为,Bi2O3和SnO的复合物能大大提高活性物质的导电能力,并改善活性物质的孔隙分布,从而导致活性物质利用率提高10%。

Abstract:The effect of Bi 2O 3 and SnO on the utilization of positive active mass(PAM)of lead acid battery has been investigated.It is found that the composite of Bi 2O 3 and SnO improves the utilization of PAM at 5C discharge rate more than any one of them separately.By means of SEM and X ray diffraction,it is established that the composite greatly increases the conductivity of PAM and improves pore distribution of PAM.Therefore 10% of utilization of PAM can be enhanced.
