| 摘 要： | 本文通过对一个地区在社会主义新农村建设中出现的贪污贿赂案件的实证分析,提炼出此类犯罪的主要特点、剖析此类犯罪产生原因;并从检察机关的法律监督职能作用出发,提出了打防结合的方针,服务与预防相结合,打击是一种特殊的预防形式,服务与预防是构建和谐农村的有效法治保障,为维护农村和谐稳定,保障农民合法权益,促进新农村全面建设提供稳定的发展环境。
