| 摘 要： | 在长株潭两型社会构建中,城市化和工业化用地量需求的不断增加,必然导致该地区相当数量农村土地被征用。解决失地农民的再就业保障问题不单单是推进资源节约型、环境友好型社会建设的重要因素,也是影响我国农村社会繁荣与稳定的重要因素。本文从经济学观点出发,全面论述了失地农民的培训机制与形式,并从四个方面阐述了失地农民再就业保障制度的构成要素。

| Abstract: | In construction of two types of society in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, a considerable number of rural lands havc bcen cxproprialcd due to the urbanization and industrialization land demand increasing. To solve lost land peasant re-employment issues is an important factor in promoting the construction of resource-saving, environment-friendly society, but also an important factor in playing on Chinese countryside social stability and prosperity. The article sets out from economics viewpoint, discussed the mechanism and form of lost land peasant training, and explained the components of lost land peasant re-employment security system from four aspects. |
