The development of low-carbon economy in our country is an inexhaustible motive force for the economic transformation. However, it is caused the development of our country＇s low-carbon economic task is urgent and arduous that the ownership of per-capita energy resources is relatively low. the outstanding carbon emissions, and ＂lock effect＂ and the space of carbon emission is not large. Therefore, we should play the government leading advantage on the carbon emission reduction process, develop clean energy, construct low-carbon energy supply system, arouse sustainable financing to construct low carbon economic development framework to 2020.
