以就业为导向的高职艺术设计人才培养方案探析——以南京交通职业技术学院人文艺术系视觉传达艺术设计专业为例

以就业为导向作为高职院的办学指导思想,体现在人才培养方案的制订上。根据市场需求完善人才培养方案,课程教学中注重就业导向,加大实践教学比例,加强校企合作,走产学结合发展的道路,提高就业率,突出高职艺术设计专业办学特色,更好地发展高职艺术设计教育事业。

Personnel Training Program Analysis for Employment- oriented Higher Vocational Art and Design-- Takiaag Visual Communication Art Design Major of our Department for Example

Employment- oriented ideology ,as the guiding ideology of running higher vocational colleges, mainly reilects in formulating personnel training program. We should perfect the training program according to the market demand, focus on the employment- oriented ideology in course teaching, increase the proportion of practical teaching, reinforce the cooperation between schools and enterprises, follow the road of development of work-integrated learning, increase the employment rate, stand out the characteristics of art design specialty in higher vocational education, and better develop art design specialty in higher vocational education.
