钙基脱硫剂水合改性实验分析

摘    要:扩散反应的烟气脱硫过程中,脱硫剂的微观孔隙结构是重要影响因素之一。该文报道钙基脱硫剂的水合爆蒸改性实验,通过调节水钙比和煅烧温度,利用内部蒸发过程促使脱硫剂微观孔隙结构发生大范围变化。实验测定了改性前后脱硫剂孔隙结构和宏观脱硫性能的改变,以及微观孔隙结构内反应转化分布。在实验测定的基础上,分析和讨论了微观孔隙结构的改变及孔隙变化影响脱硫能力的机理。

Abstract:The micro-pore structure of sorbent can significantly affect the SO2 removal in flue gas desulfurization controlled by reactive diffusion. In present work, fast and/or explosive evaporation in pores was employed to reconstruct CaO micro-pore structure by hydrating and calcining. The experimental results shown that both micro-scale configuration and pore distribution of hydrated CaO were greatly altered, highly depending upon the calcining temperature and the ratio of water and CaO. Thermogravity Analysis (TGA) experiment was conducted to analyze the effect of reconstructed CaO pore behavior on desulfurization, and Energy Dispersive Analysis with X-rays (EDAX) was employed to measure the minute differences of reaction process in the CaO micropore structure.
