固液两相流体纯滚动线接触弹流完全数值解

摘    要:应用Eringen的微极流体理论,推导了含有固体微粒添加剂的润滑流体的雷诺方程,借助于牛顿选代法获得了弹流润滑的完全数值解,从而得到了流体的压力分布和油膜形状.计算结果表明,固液两相流体较之牛顿流体其压力分布无明显变化,而油膜厚度显著增加.

Abstract:By using the micropolar fluid theory of A.C. Eringen,the Reynolds equation of the fluid lubricant containing solid-particle additives is derived. A full numerical solution of EHL is obtained by means of Newton-Raphsoh iteration method. The pressure distribution and film profile are presented. The results show that,compared with Newtonian fluid,the two-phase solid-liquid fluid has no much difference in the pressure distribution,but obvious increase of the film thickness.
