低功耗顶板离层仪研究

摘    要:根据顶板离层的测量原理,结合现场实际,采用以磁性开关为基础的磁编码直线绝对位置传感器,实现顶板下沉量的非接触测量,采用MSP430超低功耗单片机实现了顶板下沉量的处理、显示、报警及M-BUS通讯功能。通过优化设计,降低了顶板离层仪的功耗,可用二线式通信电缆在完成网络通信的同时实现多传感器供电功能,利用M-BUS总线构成离层仪网络,组网简单,安装方便,并可利用矿井现有的安全监控网络在地面生产指挥中心对矿井巷道顶板离层状态进行实时监测,实现了顶板离层监测的网络化和自动化。

Abstract:According to the principle of measurement for the roof abscission layer of roadway and the field conditions, a no-contact measurement of the roadway roof subsidence together with its data processing, displaying, alarming and communication was realized by using an absolute encoding displacement sensor based on magnetic switch and an ultra-low power consumption single-chip microcontroller MSP430. The power consumption of the instrument was decreased greatly after optimization design. While the network communication was established by use of two-wire communication cable,it was also used to supply power for multi-sensors. So a network of the instrument was composed simply and conveniently by M-BUS,and the real-time monitoring of roadway roof subsidence at the ground production commond centre was realized by making use of existing safety monitoring network of the mine.
