| Abstract: | This paper discusses the impact of mine workers' psychological factors on safety in mines while making a deep-going analysis of the factors that have an impact on the mine safety related psychology of the mine workers.On the basis of this,the paper holds that the improvement of mine workers' psychology on mine safety finds answers from the mine workers themselves and also from the management work done by the mines. |
