大型工件直径的光电检测技术的研究

摘    要:基于光三角技术和光栅位移检测技术,提出一种用于大型工件直径非接触在线测量方法和测量系统.本文详细论述了直径测量数学模型、光三角技术和光栅位移检测技术在测量系统中的应用,设计了基于Lab VIEW语言平台的计算机实时数据处理系统.

Abstract:Based on laser displacement inspecting principle and modern photoelectric sense technology,we have proposed a measurement system uising the on-line measuring technique to contact the large-scale workpiece diamenter.This article in detail elaborated the diameter survey mathmatical model,laser triangulation technology and the pattern displacement tech-nology applying in this measurement system,and the computer real-time data handling system based on LABVIEW lan-guage platform is also provided.
