| 摘 要： | Internet的发展 ,给图书馆提供了新的发展空间 ,也对图书馆的读者服务工作产生了重大的影响。本文试图探讨在数字化网络化环境下 ,图书馆读者服务工作在服务对象、服务方式和服务内容方面的新变化 ,以及针对此变化图书馆应采取的相应措施。
