摘    要:配置方案的评价是产品配置设计中必不可少的一步,为了科学有效地对配置方案进行评价,提高客户对配置产品的满意度,提出了一种以客户需求为驱动的配置方案评价方法。针对产品配置方案评定过程中诸多因素的不确定性和模糊性,运用模糊集合理论,量化分析配置方案在单个客户需求因素上的性能等级,建立配置方案的评判矩阵,用权值表示客户需求的重要程度,根据模糊综合评价法建立配置方案的评价函数,综合评价配置方案的性能等级,最后对配置方案进行排序和优选。

Abstract:Evaluation of product configuration is an important step in the process of product configuration design.In order to improve the rate of customer's satisfaction,an effective evaluation method of configuration project is proposed.There are many incertitude and fuzzy factors in evaluation process of configuration.The method uses fuzzy aggregate theory,analyzes capability level of each configuration project on every custom requirement,and then establishes evaluation matrixes of configuration projects.The importance of every customer requirement was denoted with weight value.Based on fuzzy integrate evaluation method,the evaluation function was established with the weight value aggregate of requirement and the evaluation matrix.The integrate capability level of configuration project is evaluated comprehensively.Therefore,configuration projects are compared according to capability grades.And the optimal configuration project which mostly meets customer's needs is selected.
