摘    要:如何在繁华的都市中心建造节能型商业建筑,并尽可能利用被动手段(如自然通风、自然采光等)提高室内环境质量,对于我国建筑行业的可持续发展具有重要意义.本文以一大型商用建筑为实例,采用模拟技术对围护结构性能、玻璃中庭防结露以及过渡季自然通风等进行了优化设计,为解决上述问题提供了有效的参考依据.

Abstract:To build energy-efficient commercial building and utilize passive measures to improve indoor environment in downtown is very important for the sustainable development of construction industry. Simulation technology is used to optimize the envelope thermal performance, to prevent dew from glassing in the atrium and to improve natural ventilation in middle season in a case of commercial building, which provides useful reference to solve the above problems.
