井底钻压扭矩传感器设计与分析

摘    要:井底钻压扭矩参数的测量在钻井过程中十分重要。在分析靠近钻头处测量短节受力的基础上,应用应变原理建立了钻压、扭矩测量模型,得出钻井液压力对钻压测量产生的影响较大。在测量短节上增加1个压力传感器测量钻井液压力,通过数据处理可以消除钻井液压力对测量产生的影响。该方法能较好地实现井底钻压扭矩的测量。

Abstract:The torque measurement and bit weight down hole while drilling is of significant importance for the safety and efficiency in a drilling process. Based on the analysis of measuring short section's stress and the forms of exercise near the bit, using the relationship between stress and strain, the bit weight and torque measurement model were established, and also the drilling fluidic fluency was analyzed. The sensor is designed which can realize the bottom drill press torque.
