预应力混凝土简支T形梁桥主梁的优化设计

摘    要:对公路常用的简支T梁选取截面高度,翼缘板宽度、高度,跨中和支点预应力筋距底边的距离及预应力筋截面面积作为设计变量,以T梁造价作为目标函数,并以现行《公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》为依据, 提出了预应力混凝土T梁的优化设计方法。编制的优化计算程序可以满足设计者对任意桥长(中、小跨径)、桥宽和设计荷载等级的预应力混凝土简支T梁进行优化设计。最后对程序计算结果加以分析并提出实际施工的修正值。

Abstract:Based on Specification for design of reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete highway bridge and culverts (JTJ023-85), for the T beam uaually used in highway engineering, taking section height, width and height of flange, distance of prestressed reinforcing to the bottom of the beam in mid-span and support, and area of prestressed reinforcing as designing variables, an optimal design method was presented which taking cost of T beam as objective function. The corresponding calculating program for optimal design of T beam can be used which suitable for any span (medium and small span), width and design load. The values calculated by the program were analyzed, and revised values for practical application were recommended.
