| 摘 要： | 国外运营商大都在很早就推出了面向家庭的视频监控业务.国内随着平安城市建设的大规模推动,以及安防行业从工业向民用的转变,IP网络摄像机才逐渐成为应用的主流.国内电信运营商纷纷推出了面向家庭与安防相结合的视频监控服务.本文着重论述了家庭视频监控业务应用与行业应用在业务模式和技术方面的不同之处,发展现状和发展建议,以及国内运营商开展家庭视频监控业务的未来展望.

| Abstract: | Foreign operators offered home video surveillance service long before.In China,with construction of safety city,transition of industrial applications to civil applications,and extensive use of IP camera,native telecom operators offer home security & video surveillance service respectively.This paper aims at the difference between industry and home video surveillance service,the status and suggestion of home video surveillance product,the future for operators' home video surveillance service. |
