| 摘 要： | 针对原始SPECK图像编码算法的不足之处 ,提出了一种改进的SPECK图像编码算法 .改进后的算法不仅继承了原有SPECK算法的各种优点 ,而且通过完善集合分配策略、合理分配比特等处理 ,进一步降低了原始SPECK算法的复杂程度 ,提高了算法的工作效率 .实验结果表明 ,改进的算法是一种高效的图像编码算法 ,在相同压缩比情况下 ,其图像重构质量明显优于原始算法 .

| Abstract: | An improved Set Partitioned Embedded Block Coder(SPECK)algorithm is presented against the disadvantages of original SPECK. It not only includes all advantages of original SPECK, but also reduces the complexity of SPECK and improves the working efficiency of SPECK by revising partition-sorting strategy and improving the bit allocation. The experimental results show that the proposed coding method performs better than original SPECK does in the aspects of PSNR (Peak Signal to Noise Ratio) under the same compression ratio. |
