摘    要:针对调试56dteX/48fPOY纺丝工艺过程中的一些问题进行论述.结果表明,纺丝速度、纺丝温度、集束点位置、侧吹风、纺丝油剂、纺丝组件及喷丝板孔径均对POY的纺丝状况、POY的物性指标及后加工性能有较大的影响,同时由于设备的老化,只有通过多方面调整才能解决POY毛丝、蛛网丝等外观问题.

Abstract:In this thesis, we summarize the problems in concening with the adjustments of the spinning process of 56dtex/48f POY, the result shows that the spinning speed, the melt temperature, the oiler level, the quench air, the spinning finish, the spinning peck and the diameter of the holes of the spinning plate have great influence on the spinning states of POY, the physical properties of POY and the properties of aftertreatment of POY. Therefore it is necessary to optimize the spinning process. And at the same because of the ageing of the machines, only by some adjustment to the machines, can we solve the outward appearance POY like fluffs and webbings etc.
