摘    要:采用氧化、熔融对样品进行处理,以X射线荧光光谱法测定钛含量,方法简单快速,分析结果的精密度高、准确度好,与化学分析对照,结果基本一致。

Abstract:Titanium in the sample is determined by x- ray fluorescence spectrometry after it is oxidized and melted. The method was simple and rapid. The results of determination have shown high precision and accuracy, and it is in accordance with chemical analysis.
