| Abstract: | When isolated neutral system is nonmetal grounded,gounded line-to-neutral voltage and ungounded line-to-neutral voltage will change due to earth resistance variation.This paper discusses the regularity of voltage changing,puts forward judgement of grounded phase,corrects the traditional conclusion. |
