摘    要:采用2种钛酸酯偶联剂用量体系(小用量和大用量)对纳米氧化锌进行表面改性,并用活化指数表征改性效果。考察了改性的纳米氧化锌在NR胶料中的力学性能随活化指数的变化规律。结果发现,在小用量时(钛酸酯质量分数1%~5%),随活化指数的提高,胶料的力学性能随之提高;在大用量时(钛酸酯质量分数在20%~60%),随活化指数的提高,胶料的力学性能随之降低。

Abstract:The low and high doses of titanate coupling agent(titanic ester) were used to modify the surface of nano-zinc oxide.The surface modification degree is characterized by the activation index.The modified nano-zinc oxides were mixed with NR and their effects on the tensile strength,tearing strength,flexural strength and abrasion loss of the composites were investigated.It was found that the mechanical properties of the NR were enhanced or reduced with the increasing activation index when the nano-zinc oxides were modified with low(titanic ester,1~5%) or high(titanic ester,20~26%) dose of coupling agent,respectively.
