| 摘 要： | 清洁生产包括清洁的生产过程和清洁的产品两方面内容.清洁生产兼顾经济效益和环境效益,与可持续发展的观念相吻合,是实现可持续发展的重要手段.在我国推行清洁生产仍存在着观念障碍、技术障碍和经济障碍,因此,有必要改革环境影响评价制度,完善环境经济政策,建立清洁生产审计制度,并加强清洁生产宣传教育.

| Abstract: | Cleanproduction includes a clean production process and its resulting a clean product. Cleanproduction takes into account not only economic benefit but also environmental benefit andit is an important means to carry out sustainable development. There are a lot ofobstacles in practicing clean production in China. We must reform our environmentalevaluation system, consummate our environment-economy policy, set up a clean productionauditing system, and strengthen publicity on clean production. |
