柠檬酸作分散剂制备HAP超细粉的研究

摘    要:采用沉淀法并用柠檬酸作分散剂合成HAP超细粉体.采用XRD,SEM等实验方法研究了柠檬酸的加入对产物粒径大小、团聚的影响,并对实验中的有关工艺参数进行了研究.结果表明,在用柠檬酸作分散剂的条件下,产品的粒径和分散性能得到改善.

Abstract:In this paper,HAP ultrafine powder was prepared by chemical precipitation with citric acid as dispersant.XRD,SEM were used to analyze the effect of addition of citric acid on the particle size and agglomeration for HAP powder. At the same time ,other technologic parameters were also studied.The results show that the powder's particle size decreases and dispersion property is improved when citric acid is drew into the solution as dispersant.
