| 摘 要： | 自动车牌识别作为高精度的车辆识别中的核心技术，在智能交通中发挥着日益关键的作用．构建一种改进的BP神经网络识别车牌字符，并在VC＋＋6．0环境下测试，实验结果表明系统具有良好的有效性，并能满足实时车牌识别的要求．

| Abstract: | Automatic recognition of the vehicle license plate plays a key role in intelligent Transportation as highly accurate technology for car identification.A license plate character recognition method basedon improved BP neural network is proposed.The recognition using Microsoft Visual C+ +6.0 software is simulated and the experiments show that this system has good efficiency and quick speed of recognition. |
