摘    要:国产超临界机组内置式启动系统主要采用带炉水循环泵式和大气扩容式2种。在2种启动系统的超临界机组调试中,针对两者在锅炉冷热态冲洗、吹管、本生负荷转换期间的运行控制方式和特点进行了比较,对循环泵故障情况下采用直接排放的启动方式进行了有益尝试,并进行了水动力安全性评估。

Abstract:For home-made supercritical unit,built-in start-up system is composed by circulating pump with boiler water and atmosphere flash-off type.Comparisons are made between the two types regarding hot state and cold state flushing,blowing and the operating control and features during load transforming in the commissioning of the above two-type start-up system.Attempts are made to adopt direct discharging mode when circulating pumps failed.Also safety evaluation is made concerning hydrodynamics.
