| 摘 要： | 根据当前社会对电类专业的需求,结合我院实际情况,抓住我院电气工程及自动化学科梯队被评为江苏省优秀学科梯队的时机,将我院电类专业建设成为有影响的特色专业。在专业建设中,得出了一些新的思考。主要是:将原先的电类专业的课程分为三层,构成两级平台加一套模块,这样,有利于提高资源利用率;有利于教研活动的开展;有利于保障教学质量监控体系的落实;有利于在人才需求变化时,快速反应的对策的产生。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces some ideas gained in the building of specialties, namely the former specialty of electricity can be divided into 3 levels, which forms two grades of terraces plus one set of module. It is advantageous to highlight the adoption of resources, to develop teaching and research, to guarantee teaching monitor system and to devise quick counter - measures when talents are in changeable need. |
