摘    要:大型摩擦轮式提升机安全传动是关系矿井安全运行的关键。在理论计算和试验的基础上,对摩擦轮提升的滑动特性、摩擦特性、钢丝绳弹性动力学特性进行分析,给出了防止摩擦提升传动失效(打滑)方法—限制钢丝绳张力比、采用高性能和高摩擦系数的摩擦衬垫。

Abstract:The safety transmission of the large friction hoist is a key issue to assure the safety for running mane. Based on theoretical calculations and experiment, analyzes the sliding property, friction property of the friction hoist and elasticity dynamics property of the wire rope, and points out the method which can prevent the friction hoist transmission from failure, that is, to limit the tension ratio of the wire rope and use the liner of high performance and the coefficient of friction.
