丙烯-苯乙烯接枝共聚物制备方法的研究进展

摘    要:综述了近年来制备丙烯-苯乙烯接枝共聚物(PP-g-PS)(PP表示聚丙烯、PS表示聚苯乙烯)的研究进展。PP-g-PS的制备方法包括熔融接枝法、固相接枝法、Hivalloy合金技术、辐射接枝法、反应性单体法和大分子单体法。前3种方法得到的均是PP/PP-g-PS/PS共混物;辐射接枝法仅适用于PP的表面改性;PS大分子单体的空间位阻大,在共聚物中的含量较低;反应性单体法是一种很有工业应用前景的方法,可通过活性接枝共聚合反应,得到支链长度和接枝点密度可控的PP-g-PS。

Abstract:Recent developments on synthesis of polypropylene-g-polystyrene(PP-g-PS) were reviewed,including melt-grafting,solid-phase grafting,Hivalloy technology,radiation-induced grafting,reactive monomer method and PS macromonomer method.PP/PP-g-PS/PS blends can be prepared by the first three methods.Radiation-induced grafting method is favorable to modify PP particle surface.As for PS macromonomer method,probability of macromonomer incorporation is very low due to its steric hindrance.Reactive monomer method is a promising route for industrial application,and well-controlled and well-defined PP-g-PS can be synthesized via living graft copolymerization by this method.
