摘    要:提出的一种新型油气弹簧悬架是在现有油气弹簧悬架技术基础上配置一个单向阀和一个可调节流阀,该系统同近来发展的油气弹簧主动悬架系统相比具有明显的造价低和耗能少的优点。由于其在振动压缩行程的变刚度特性和伸长行程可施加可控作用力,理论分析表明它具有良好的自适应振动控制性能。实验结果显示其和现有油气弹簧悬架相比在低频时,悬架系统的总体性能都得到显著改善,表明该系统具有工程应用的发展前景。

Abstract:On the basis of conventional hydropneum atic suspension technology, a new hydropneum atic suspension system fitted w ith a check valve and an adjustable throttle valve is presented in the paper. Com pared w ith recently developed hydropneum atic active suspension system , the system has distinct advantage in costs and pow er requirem ents. Theoretical analysis show s that the new system possesses adaptive vibration control characteristics, thatis the variable stiffness property in the com pressive stroke and exerting an adjustable force in the expansive stroke. Experim entalresults show thatthe perform ence ofthe system is m uch better than that ofthe conventionalone in the low -frequency range. The system opens up broad prospects for engineering applications.
