行波型超声波电机PWM驱动控制系统研究

摘    要:针对行波型超声波的电机的驱动特点和要求,结合脉宽调制技术(PWM),研制出一套适合于行波型超声波电机的PWM驱动-控制系统,该系统采用变频调速方式对电机进行闭环控制。实验结果表明,PWM驱动控制系统的性能稳定、可靠,是行波型超声波电机驱动的一种新的探索。

Abstract:Based on the consideration of the drive characteristic and requirement of the traveling wave type ultrasonic motor, a PWM driving controlling system is presented by using the technique of Pulse Width Modulation. The system implementes closed loop control of the motor by adjusting the frequency of driving signal. It is tested by experiment that the PWM driving controlling system can work steadily and reliably. It is a new method to drive the traveling wave type ultrasonic motor.
