摘    要:通过测定搅拌流化床的压降与表观气速的关系,研究了搅拌转速和桨叶形式对流化状态的影响。发现水平搅拌桨叶更有利于破碎气泡,增强气固接触;垂直桨叶则趋于诱导气泡的产生与长大。在流态化阶段,床层压降保持定值,该定值与搅拌转速和叶片形式没有关系。

Abstract:The influence of the stirrer speed and the blade shape on the fluidization in the stirred gas-solid fluidized beds was experimentally studied by examining the relationship between the pressure drop and superficial gas velocity. It was found that the horizontal blades can break the bubbles more easily,hence enhance the contact between the gas and the solid particles whereas the vertical blades tend to give rise to bubbles and encourage their growth. At the stage of fluidization,the pressure drop remains constant, and is independent of the stirrer speed and the blade shape.
