| 摘 要： | 分析了精度焊接产品及其特点，提出精度焊接生产线规划的4个关键问题：广义工艺规划、生产规划、生产线布局及精度焊接的多元质量控制规划；针对各关键问题讨论了精度焊接生产线规划阶段的相应对策。根据精度焊接生产线规划的要求，提出了结合虚拟制造技术和现代优化算法的集成规划方法，并建立了相应的规划仿真环境，时精度焊接生产线规划具有参考价值和指导作用。

| Abstract: | The accuracy-welding product and its specialties were analyzed in the paper, and four key problems in the planning of accuracy- welding production lines were presented. These key problems include generalized technical planning, production schedule, layout of manufacturing line and planning of multivariate quality control. Planning strategies to solve these problems were discussed. An integrated simulation method based on virtual manufacturing technologies and modern optimization algorithms was advanced for the planning of accuracy-welding production lines, and the simulation environment was designed and established. It provided master plans and reference strategies. |
