府河盘龙大桥主桥施工监控的关键技术

摘    要:结合府河盘龙大桥主桥施工控制实践,阐述了悬臂浇筑施工过程中的施工监控原理和方法,研究了箱梁的线形预测控制方法和混凝土应变分布特性,以及温度变形对桥梁施工监控的影响,科学地指导了施工。监控结果表明,大桥主桥轴线、合拢段高差、成桥线形、桥面标高均在设计允许误差范围内。

Abstract:During cantilever casting of long-span prestressed concrete continuous box beams,the construction control,acomplicated and dynamic system engineering,is an important measure for bridges to ensure their lineament and to meet the design requirement of the internal force.In combination with the practice of construction of the main section of the Fuhe River Panlong Bridge,the principle and method for construction control were discussed and the method of lineament forecast control and the characteristics of concrete strain distribution along the concrete box beam of the double deck bridge were researched.It provided a scientific guidance to the construction,and made the error of the axial,closure difference in elevation,line shape of the established bridge and bridge deck elevation within its design range.
