芯钢管连接的钢管混凝土半连通边节点非线性有限元分析

摘    要:目的对一种新型的钢管混凝土柱与钢筋混凝土梁连接的半连通芯钢管节点进行有限元分析.方法利用通用有限元软件ANSYS分析节点在竖向载荷作用下的破坏过程、破坏形态,节点各组成部分的应力分布规律.结果分析表明,节点承载力大于所连接构件的承载力,模型试件破坏时节点完好,尚有较大承载力,有限元计算结果与模型试验结果相吻合.结论证明了新型半连通节点的可行性和合理性,节点具有较好的强度和刚度.满足“强节点,弱构件”的抗震设计原则.

Abstract:A new type of concrete filled steel tube(CFST) column-RC beam joint with the core steel tube is analyzed by the finite element.The element type,the constitutive relation of material,and the yield criterion are confirmed.Utilizing the finite element software ANSYS,the failure process,the main failure formation and the law of the stress layout in the joint are analyzed in the vertical load.The analysis shows that the carrying capacity of the joint is stronger than the one that is connected.When the specimen fails,the joint is intact and still has much more carrying capacity.The result of the finite element method is basically identical with the experimental ones.The joints are proved to be feasible and reasonable,and have much the strength and the rigidity.It meets the seismic principles "strong column,feeble beam,stronger point".
