| 摘 要： | 能源问题是人类所关注的4大生存问题之一。建筑能耗约占总能耗的30%,建筑节能非常重要。从高分子聚合物保温材料、中空 Low-e 玻璃、无齿轮电梯、人工湿地等方面介绍节能技术在住宅小区中的应用,并借助相关方法和工具对节能措施给予评价。

| Abstract: | The energy problem is the one of four exist problems the mankind care.The building energy consume is about 30% of the total,and so it is very important.In this paper,the applications of some new technology are presented about the economization on the building energy in the small residential area,such as macromolecule polymer materials,Low-e glass,gearless elevator and constructed wetland.Also the appraisal is elicited by some methods and tools. |
