模糊控制技术在行车上的应用

摘    要:介绍用模糊控制技术来解决的通用吊装设备启停过程中出现摇摆问题,以便操作者能平稳、安全的驾驶行车。应用Matlab进行仿真模拟,结果表明,物料摆角较小,能达到安全平稳的目的。

Abstract:Crane is the general hoist equipment applied in a lot of factories. However,many accidents have been happened due to the excessive swing of the goods when the crane is started or stopped. This paper attempts to resolve this problem with the fuzzy control technology, so that, even the inexperienced worker can drive the crane steadily and safely. Finally, an emulation is carried out with Matlab in order to demonstrate the possibility to use the technology of fuzzy logic in crane ,and the results shows that the swing angle of the goods is quite small and safety and steadiness can be attained.
