宽频带高插损电源滤波器的研制

摘    要:军标认证测试对传导辐射有严格的要求,针对低辐射保密机柜传导超标的问题,设计了一种宽频带高差损滤波器.该滤波器能在9 kHz~1 GHz频段上提供超过80 dB的共模插入损耗,有效抑制了传导辐射.从设计原理、结构和材料选择上分别进行了阐述,并对实物进行了测试.测试结果表明该滤波器的研制符合设计需求.

Development of EMI Filter with Wide-band and High Insertion Loss
Abstract:There is a very strict requirement of conduct radiation in the military standards, aiming to resolve the problem of exceeded conduct radiation of low radiated security cabinet, presented a design and manufacture of EMI Filter with wide-band and high insertion loss on the aspects of filter theory, circuit design, components selection and filter insertion loss test, the proposed filter, which was verified by experimental results, can provide more than 80 dB common insertion loss in a wide band of 9 kHz-1 GHz.
