| 摘 要： | 文章对面向信号的自动测试系统（ATS）软件体系结构进行了研究。首先分析了信号在面向信号的ATS软件体系结构中的应用需求，并对STD标准进行了简要介绍。在此基础上提出了基于STD标准的面向信号的ATS软件体系结构，并说明了其特点。

| Abstract: | The software architecture of signal-oriented ATS is researched in this paper. Firstly, the application requirement of signal in the signal-oriented ATS software architecture is analyzed and the STD is introduced. Then, the software architecture of signal-oriented ATS based on STD is presented in the paper and its characteristic is also explained. |
